By accessing or using the WeaveAlign Technologies LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
WeaveAlign Technologies LLC provides technology consulting, web development, AI enablement, database design, ETL pipeline development, system integration, and digital modernization services. The scope of services for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work or project agreement.
Payment terms are specified in your individual project agreement. Generally, projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your project. WeaveAlign retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed during your engagement in future projects.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, data, or project details to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
WeaveAlign Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not warrant that our deliverables will be error-free or that they will meet all of your specific requirements unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In such cases, you will be billed for work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
